CEMAS - the Chemical Exposure Management and Assessment System - is a prototype exposure management system developed in collaboration with IOM, Utrecht University and the University of Aberdeen as part of the Cefic LRI sponsored project A.1.3: Development of a Database for Workplace Exposure Measurements (CEMAS database).
The aim of the database is to enable organisations, particularly SMEs, to collect information that is relevant for the control of workplace risks in a manner that is both user-friendly and is consistent with prevailing regulatory expectations. CEMAS can be used to capture and manage chemical exposure and risk assessment data together with associated contextual information.
