David Ray has been active in neurotoxicology research for the last 30 years, with particular interests in pesticides and in non-neuronal cells as targets for toxic agents. He is Associate Professor of neurotoxicology at Nottingham Medical School. In his work he has attempted to integrate physiological and morphological level understanding of neurotoxicological mechanisms. Doctor Ray has also served as a toxicologist on several regulatory committees.
