Timothy Gant


Doctor Tim Gant holds an honorary lectureship at the University of Leicester and has worked in the Medical Research Council Toxicology Unit of the university since 1993. He heads groups with interests in Bioinformatics and Toxicogenomics. Specifically, Dr Gant directs research using knockout, RNAi, microarray and computational technology to investigate the transcriptional regulation and roles of ABC (ATP binding cassette) transport genes in disease states and modulation of xenobiotic response.
